What is an appointment like?
Dr. Chienkong will arrive at your home or office at the time of the appointment. He will bring everything necessary with him to perform a thorough examination and chiropractic treatment. All you need is to provide a small flat area where he can set up his chiropractic table. The chiropractic table will fit in most living rooms or small offices. Mobile chiropractic is convenient for the patient, and affords for more one on one time with the doctor. Every patient will get a guaranteed 15 minutes of hands on time. The 15 minutes will include the chiropractic adjustment, and any individualized muscle work or modalities to help the patient. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Chienkong will clean and disinfect the chiropractic table, and any tools that were used, and make sure to leave your home or office the same way it looked when he walked in.
What does an appointment cost?
Initial Exam/Assessment and First Visit $120 - The initial exam/assessment is a 30-45 minute appointment. This first appointment is used to discuss relevant health history, and to perform any necessary examinations. The fee for this first visit includes examination and treatment.
Standard Follow Up Visits $60 (15 minutes) - A follow up visit is any visit that occurs after the initial first visit. The standard follow up visit will include full spine adjusting, necessary extremity adjusting, and muscle work/rehab.
Advanced Follow Up Visits $85 (30+ minutes) - Advanced cases may require more than 15 minutes of treatment time. So for every additional 15 minutes of treatment time there will be a $25 fee. If this is the case it will be discussed and communicated before any additional fees are charged.
